Can you hear me now? People in the backwoods of Arkansas, Uhhh I mean New York are doing their best to ban cell phone & personal device use whilst walking or running. This of course is for your safety and the safety of others. We certainly wouldn't want you to be jamming out to the latest Lady Gaga tune and walk into oncoming traffic. Or even worse texting someone only to walk into a fountain of water.
What I don't understand is where do these politicians come off in thinking that this is a really a good idea in a free society. But, I guess we would actually have to live in a free society so I digress.
I don't know about you, but I have enough trouble with my cell phone coverage, slow operating systems, text messaging and facebook updating that I'm not sure I can take another rule before I toss my cell phone in the trash, and then use tin cans and a string to communicate.
