Sometimes life hands you a fountain...

This woman "Magically" came forward as the person who fell into the fountain.  Why did she come forward you ask?  As you can see her face is clearly....uhhh not visible at all!  Watch below:

Now you have to wonder why this woman is so humiliated.  The mall was clearly empty and only a handful of people that were close to enough to actually watch this could have identified her.  So, why did she come forward?  I smell money!

Her ABC interview HERE:

Now I'll concede the fact that mall security messed up by allowing the video to be released to the general public.  However, this is the type of frivolous lawsuit that has destroyed our legal system.  You can't legislate stupidity, clumsiness and idiocy.  When she stated: "unfortunately I didn't have anything to hold onto and hold my balance"  What does that mean?  She walked into a fountain of water!  I'm sure OSHA, HHS and ADA will have guard rails implemented immediately after this.  By all means, we can't have the one-in-30-million person fall into a fountain and get wet.  Let that be a lesson to you boys and girls!

Update!  Now this was fast!  Two states take aim at walking/running while texting
